You care about your customers and what they go through when they are upgrading their homes. Some people would think, “why so stressed, you’re updating your home?” Well, it can be a stressful event for some customers, but you have away of putting the customer’s mind at ease and making sure every detail of the project is taken care of. To me that speaks, volumes! I have had the opportunity to purchase beautiful shutters and the most amazing luminette blinds from you and I must say, I was very pleased with how pleasant you made this transition and not to mention, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! I have also had the opportunity to see your work in many other homes and I was wowed by how you stayed close by, you made sure the task was on time and that the customer was satisfied.
