I called them and Josh immediately came out to help me. He was very patient with me and answered ALL my many questions as well as provided samples. I actually was nervous making decisions, but he made the process so easy and understandable. Some of our windows have Shades that are the Top Down/Bottom Up Design and with the beautiful views we have this is awesome! I additionally love that all of our windows have the Cordless Lift feature! Josh provided a Proposal quickly, which was a great price for materials and installation. It was definitely a go for us! Our Shades were professionally installed and Josh stayed in touch with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction.
